In biology there are too many things to measure, and we need smaller and more digestible quality standard systems that will standardize a range of aspects such as metrology, making data-based decisions, control charts, sharing data, etc. For example, we need standards for saying ‘here is how you make the control charts that prove that the process is valid’.
